On Weightless Wings comprises ongoing serial adventure fiction with an engineering twist. The tales focus on Kee, a wingfolk fledgling mechanist, and her crew’s expeditions throughout their surreal world aboard the large rigid airship, the Aerie.

In a world inhabited by anthropomorphic bird people, Kee thirsts for adventure and a chance to prove herself. Her drive will take her on a journey aboard the Aerie to worlds beyond anything she’s ever seen. To do this she must subvert expectations and assumptions made about her size, ability, and gender role. Her quest will have her narrowly escape dread by rising above challenges with her engineering prowess.
Along the way this journey will teach Kee things about herself and the world around her. She’ll meet new people, learn new things, and do what she does best to help those around her.
A little about me (bio)
My name is Adam and I write fiction. Most of it is about bird people, engines, and exploring incredible imaginary worlds: all things I find interesting. My wife and I live in Hampton Roads, Virginia with our fearless cocker spaniel, Clementine. I’m a software engineer by trade but my passion is in the garage or on the road with my ‘53 Hudson Hornet.
